Our support services cover both new and legacy installations. You enjoy will the benefits of fast, reliable assistance from service personnel trained to resolve hardware and software issues. Troubleshooting is performed by one of our teams on site and/or online via a previously installed VPN.

Spare parts sourcing
We can also handle the spare parts sourcing for your manufacturing facility and network technology. Does your system need 'vintage' replacement parts? We have several old modules and assemblies in stock, for example, the S5 series. Don't hesitate to ask—there is a good chance we will have precisely the parts you need.


Inspections according to accident prevention regulations

We test electrical installations for the safety of persons and property as required for:

 

  • Initial and repeat testing of portable electrical work equipment according to DGUV Rule 3, and work equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, § 10 (DIN VDE 0701-0702)
  • Initial and repeat testing of fixed electrical systems and equipment to DGUV Rule 3, and work equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (DIN VDE 0100-600/EN 60204-1)
