We look forward to executing every task you entrust us with:

Executing projects
HMR handles the most diverse projects. You can call on our services as a general contractor, as a supplier of end-to-end electrical equipment packages, or as a source of software or custom-fitted electrical enclosures. But whatever you need, we are your partner of choice for every requirement in industrial automation.

Crafting custom solutions
Standard products may not satisfy the unique demands of your industry. In that case, we can develop innovative custom solutions to your specifications.

Every project commences with intensive consultations that set the stage for a long and successful partnership. First we thoroughly analyze all customer-specific data and then document your unique requirements by preparing technical and functional specifications. To this end, we.

  • Assess the current situation
  • Outline your options
  • Design the solution

A team staffed with specialists in various disciplines works out proposals based on the given requirements. The same HRM project manager serves as your single point of contact throughout the project, remaining at your disposal from the inceptive planning to the system's launch. This is how we join forces with our customers, working together closely to create compelling solutions. The first step here is.

  • Drafting specifications

Project coordination
Every project is supervised by your personal HMR project manager, a reliable partner who remains at your disposal throughout the project. Our project manager coordinates every stage of the project, from preparing specifications and rolling out customized solutions to providing user training and support once your system is up and running.

Using state-of-the-art development tools, we implement innovative and powerful software solutions for applications such as:

  • PLC, NC and robot control systems
  • Visualization systems
  • PCs, databases, and microcomputers

We also employ the following technologies:

  • Radio frequency identification systems (RF-ID)
  • Industrial and field bus systems (Ethernet, Profibus, etc.) to interface the various levels (from the shop floor to the ERP system)
  • Advanced image processing systems
  • Metrology
  • Drives
  • RF and IR data transmission

The software we develop for the pharmaceutical and food industries is based on GAMP5.

Custom builds and installation
HMR's in-house electrical enclosure engineering capability puts the finishing touch on our service offering. As an agile company, we are able to deliver—even at very short notice—custom-built enclosures that comply with international standards and plant regulations. Field components are assembled and installed by our trained fitting crews.
Testing and simulation
Every system is put through a battery of in-house tests before it ships out to your plant. Wherever possible, we test the actual components used for that project. We also test individual components such as electronic drives, special modules, and the like, as well as our application software. To this end, we emulate even highly complex processes by modeling hardware peripherals using simulation software. This enables us to test the application software in advance under real-time conditions, and it considerably accelerates time to rollout.

Our planners and software developers put the system into operation at your location to assess how machines and components interact with the application software. This goes to ensure that all components of a project work together as a unified whole and are safe and user-friendly to operate. You can count on us to make sure you have every means of operating and monitoring systems and diagnosing faults at your disposal when manufacturing commences. And we are there to support you when you ramp up production in plants at home and abroad.
Maintenance and service
Your contact person remains available to you after the system is up and running, and you are welcome to get in touch whenever you need assistance. Our locations in Germany are able to deploy personnel very rapidly if the need arises.
Our offering also encompasses intensive training for your employees so they acquire the skills needed to maximize your systems' availability. We provide everything from basic training to tailored crash courses for Siemens, Rockwell and other vendors' controllers and visualization systems.

Inspections according to accident prevention regulations
We test electrical installations for the safety of persons and property.

  • Initial and repeat testing of portable electrical work equipment according to DGUV Rule 3, and work equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, § 10 (DIN VDE 0701-0702)
  • Initial and repeat testing of fixed electrical systems and equipment to DGUV Rule 3, and work equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (DIN VDE 0100-600 / EN 60204-1)
