We offer exciting internships, traditional apprenticeships or a dual work and study course for newcomers to the world of automation technology. We attach great importance to our employees’ individual development, for example, through a comprehensive training programme that includes further training, internal training concepts and collaborative training programmes.
Whether you’re interested in a one-week or two-week student internship or a voluntary placement with us, you’ll gain insight into our daily operations. You will not only be looking over the shoulders of our employees, but you will also be actively working and part of the team. We can offer you an internship in the following areas:
The two-week internship is divided into two weeks, with one week spent in each of the areas mentioned above. This way, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various professional fields. Of course, we will coordinate this with you.
To gain a foothold in the labour market, it is essential to have completed vocational training. HMR has set itself the task of offering a large number of future-proof apprenticeships every year. The aim is to give you ideal support and supervision during your training. This will help you prepare for your future career, regardless of whether you choose to stay with us or enter the open job market. These are your training opportunities at HMR:
