The efficient operation of systems, as well as parameterising the system switching points, setting control parameters, managing recipes, and graphically displaying archived measured values, all require comprehensive process visualisation. The graphical visualisation of production processes and data is the human-machine interface. We implement monitoring, control and data acquisition in industrial processes using SCADA systems containing RTU, PLC and HMI components. Moreover, we also establish redundant systems so that plant operations can run without interruption at all times.
We create a virtual replica of a real production facility or machine component using a digital twin.
