For project planning, we analyse your switchgear on site and identify your requirements and objectives. We will work with you to develop hardware plans according to your specifications, creating layouts for the control cabinets and wiring diagrams. We then choose the appropriate hardware components such as PLCs, sensors, actuators and relays. We create circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams using the latest CAD software (EPLAN).
Our employees are highly qualified electrical specialists who integrate all safety aspects into the hardware planning, including emergency stop circuits and safety controls. We take the latest DIN VDE guidelines into account and verify the safety functions using SISTEMA.
We manufacture switchgear of the highest quality according to your personal requirements. We supply control cabinets for machines and systems, power distribution cabinets, network/server racks and control panels for a wide range of industries in a broad variety of designs and following international standards, for example, those of the USA or Canada.
During control cabinet production, all customer specifications, current norms and standards are taken into account and adhered to. We manufacture according to your own electrical circuit diagrams or following circuit diagrams that we have created.
Once production is complete, measurements are taken, a thorough functional test is carried out, and complete documentation is compiled. This way, we guarantee that the switchgear is handed over to you without any defects.
Our assembly services are always individually tailored to your needs: from machine and plant installation (dismantling, superstructures and conversions) to ICE (instrumentation and control engineering) assembly (industrial plants) and including retrofitting. We oversee planning, logistics, and site management, thoroughly checking everything through DGUV V3 tests, functional tests, and signal tests (loop check).
